At the Academy of Road Safety, we’re committed to offering accessible, high-quality training at the best possible value. That’s why we guarantee to beat any competitor’s price for the TLI41222 – Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training by $100.

By submitting a valid claim under our Price Promise, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligible Course Comparison

  • The competitor’s course must be TLI41222 – Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training, delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia. 
  • The course must offer comparable inclusions (e.g., online theory, practical training, trainer support). 
  • The competitor’s pricing must be publicly available and not a part of a promotional, bundled, or group discount offer.

2. Price Verification

  • Claims must be supported by a formal written quote from the competing RTO. 
  • The quote must be dated within the past 7 days and include: 
    • RTO name and contact details 
    • Course name and details 
    • Total course fee 
  • Verbal quotes, screenshots, or advertisements without a written quote will not be accepted.

3. Claim Process

  • Submit your claim before enrolling by contacting us via [insert email or form link]. 
  • Include: 
    • Your name and contact details 
    • A copy of the written quote 
  • Our team will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days.

4. Price Beat Guarantee

  • If the claim is approved, we will offer you the course for $100 less than the quoted price. 
  • The Price Promise applies to new enrolments only and cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with other promotions.

5. Right to Refuse

  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim that: 
    • Doesn’t meet the above conditions 
    • Appears to involve pricing errors, promotional gimmicks, or unfair use

6. Changes to Terms

  • These terms are subject to change or cancellation at any time, without notice.
